
Suspension + Turf Training
Our TRX/Turf program combines suspension training with functional turf work for a full-body workout that builds real-world strength. Using TRX straps, you'll leverage your own bodyweight to develop core stability, upper body strength, and lower body power — all while improving balance and coordination. The turf area adds agility drills, sled work, and ground-based movements that translate directly to sport performance and daily life. It's the workout that makes everything else easier.
What to Expect
Each session is 45 minutes on our dedicated turf floor with TRX suspension stations, battle ropes, plyo boxes, and sleds. Your instructor programs a circuit that alternates between suspension movements and turf drills — keeping your heart rate up and your muscles engaged the entire time. Every exercise has a beginner and advanced option. Wear shoes with grip and bring a towel — you're going to need it.
