Push your limits with The Grind — our signature HIIT program built for results, not reps. Each session delivers 45 minutes of timed circuits designed to build explosive power, cardiovascular endurance, and mental toughness. Expect battle ropes, sled pushes, box jumps, kettlebell swings, and bodyweight movements — all programmed to keep your heart rate elevated and your muscles guessing. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, every workout scales to your level. Your instructor meets you where you are and pushes you to where you want to be.
Who It's For
Anyone who wants to sweat. Seriously — HIIT is for every fitness level. New to exercise? We'll modify every movement until you're comfortable. Training for a race or competition? We'll push your limits. Our members range from college athletes to retirees who refuse to slow down. The only requirement is showing up ready to work.
Schedule & Pricing
HIIT runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 PM and Tuesday, Thursday at 6:00 AM in the Grind Studio. Each session is 45 minutes.
